TUBE

Bosal (UK) Ltd produces 16 million metres of precision steel tube every year. While a large proportion of this tube is used in Bosal's own automotive plants, Bosal manufactures and delivers tubes and tube products to customer order in various market sectors, including automotive, furniture, industrial, fencing and general manufacturing. Our tube profiles are of every imaginable shape and size in gauges that range from 0.8mm to 2.5mm:

• Oval

• Square

• Triangular

• Rectangular

• Preformed

• Perforated

The tubes are manufactured in a number of different materials, mainly cold reduced and hot rolled (pickled and oiled) mild steel. Bosal also specialise in two anti-corrosion products, both of which are bore protected and weld area coated:

• pre-galvanised             – Z² / Z²⁸ / Z³⁵

• aluminised                   - DX52

As well as complying to quality and environmental management systems (ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001), Bosal (UK) Ltd manufacture all tube products to BS6323 Part 5 1982 ERW 1 KM (as welded condition).
