Bosal is a major worldwide supplier of type approved exhaust systems, including pipes, silencers, catalytic converters, mountings & accessories. Our range of exhaust systems is extensive with over 6500 references covering more than 95% of the UK car park. To ensure we remain at the forefront of the markets needs, we introduce on average 300 new part numbers each year. 

Our expertise in the production of exhaust systems ensures all our replacement products offer secure assembly, trouble free operation and original equipment performance. The Original Equipment performance of our exhaust products contributes to sustaining the environment through lower noise, optimised back pressure and improved emission levels.


Pipes
Bosal has a wide range of stainless steel pipes which deliver optimal gas flow from the manifold to the catalytic converter. The majority of pipes are equipped with a flexible connection ensuring that the engine movements are isolated. Considerable development focus has been paid to our front pipe range this year to ensure we remain at the forefront of full system supply.


Silencers
Bosal offers a comprehensive range of silencers. Aluminised materials guarantee excellent protection against corrosion and the carefully developed interior components of Bosal's silencers reduces exhaust gas noise to a minimum. All Bosal silencers are tested according to European Community standards for noise and back pressure.


Catalytic Converters
Bosal was the first manufacturer to launch a range of catalytic converters in the UK. Today this is the fastest growing sector of the exhaust market in which we offer 2 extensive ranges. Bosal has developed its own radial flow catalytic converter with an innovative metal substrate. Mountings
Sourcing mounting parts from the manufacturer that designs and makes the exhaust system is the only logical choice. So Bosal, while developing the exhaust system, also develops the installation hardware.
